With almost 40 years in the show industry, Events Management Group is still going strong and seeks to treat every exhibitor like family. Our shows have been ranked nationally as some of the best fine art and craft shows in the country, and even with strange turns in the economy, sales continue to be strong. All our shows are hand-made only juried shows. All work exhibited must be the original design and creations of the exhibitor, and the exhibitor must attend/sell all three days of our show. No manufactured items are allowed.

The application must be accompanied by:
- A $100 deposit,
- Three photos of the exhibitor's work
- One photo of their booth display
- A listing of items in the photo and their cost
- An artist statement of how they designed/created their work and materials used.
You are more than welcome to email your images to info@emgshows.com, just be sure to indicate the date you emailed them on your application. If, for any reason, the exhibitor is not accepted to the show, the deposit check will not be cashed nor credit card charged.

Display Area and Set Up:
All our shows are draped events, meaning your booth space is defined by a 8' high x10' wide back drape and two 3' x 10' side drapes. Additional 8 foot side drape walls can be rented ($20.00 each) as well as tables ($20 each) and chairs ($5 each).
Marketing:
In addition to EMG’s top shelf advertising strategies (direct mail, television, radio and web) we offer unlimited promotional postcards and fliers to our exhibitors for them to market their participation - either handing them out at other shows, or mailing to their personal customer list. These along with our comprehensive exhibitor guide are mailed approximately 30-45 days before each show. Just be sure to mark how many you are requesting on your application! These will be mailed to you with your exhibitor guide.
Discount Hotels:
EMG reserves a room block at several nearby hotels so that your participation at our shows can be affordable. This information will be emailed to you so that you can make reservations on line approximately 6 weeks before show time.
Electricity:
Electricity is available at each show for an additional fee through the convention center directly. This information will be emailed to you so that you can make your electrical purchase on line approximately 6 weeks before show time. The rates quoted are available until 7 days prior to showtime.
